In this episode of What is Happening in Lambertville and Temperance, Jenny MacLeod of the 123 Sold Team interviews Jake Boes from Union Home Mortgage in Monroe, Michigan. Jake discusses why he went in to the mortgage field, what has kept him in lending and why he loves lending, and what he likes to do for fun around Monroe County.
Jake has been in the mortgage financing industry since he was 21 years old and specializes in helping existing and prospective homeowners find creative solutions for their mortgage needs. Jake is a 2014 graduate of Monroe County Community College with an Associate's of Applied Science and received his BBA with a concentration in marketing from Siena Heights University in 2016. Jake is a board member both for the MCCC Alumni Association and the Monroe/Downriver Association of Realtors.
Jake is a big sports fan and spends most summer evenings watching Detroit Tigers baseball. He enjoys the outdoors through camping, weekend softball tournaments, or morning jogs through his neighborhood in the summer. You can also find Jake and his wife with their big labradoodle, Gunner, playing fetch with a Frisbee or tennis ball around the house.
